One of the things we often forget. It is that God is also using the project that he has given us, to bring out the woman he sees when he looks at us. It also means that things will not always be easy. We will experience wins, losses, misunderstanding or persevering when everything seems against us.
I want to suggest 5 things to do when you are discouraged:
1. Review our accomplishments
Through you God has accomplished certain things. Rereading or remembering these things that God has done will remind you that He can still do it.
2. Reread the prayer questions that have been answered
You are likely to pray and things will get worse. But it hasn’t always been that way. Rereading the prayer questions that God has answered will encourage you to keep praying until God fulfills what He has promised you.
3. Relativize
There are always people who go through worse things than you. Looking at the situation from above forces you to be less emotional, more rational and therefore to have clearer thoughts.
4. Ask God to renew your strength in prayer
When we can no longer move forward, the only person who can lift us up is God. Be authentic and true in prayer. Shout to HIM and he will certainly renew your strength
5. Make thanksgiving
When we are always in the quest of getting better, do better, earn more we tend to forget what God has already given us. Many Christian figures so the daily work is to solve problems, said that giving thanks to God as soon as he gets up is what allows them to be at peace. This is what keeps them going well despite the daily problems they have to deal with. It is a daily habit that you should do.
6. Pray with a group of friends
When fatigue reached Moses, it took Aaron and Hur to support him. If you have a group of friends who can support you in prayer. Do not hesitate to call on them.
7. Study the Word
Moses, Daniel, David, Joseph…. many of them have experienced difficulties. Through his Word, God will encourage you, lift you up and inspire you. Do not despise the power of the Word of God when it comes to lifting us up. It is the food for our soul.
Be blessed
